Until now, I still deeply remember the scene of reporting to the company on the first day. When I walked into the office, my colleagues in the entire office had already helped me clean up the desk, and kindly introduced me to the various tasks of the department and the various precautions of the company. Under their leadership, I quickly integrated into this group. A good working environment is always full of energy. Although I encountered a lot of challenges when I first took over the project declaration work, with the help of President Qi and colleagues in the department, I quickly adapted to the new job.
Before I knew it, it had been four years since I came to Zhongbo. In the past four years, I have gradually learned and grown. The registration of new veterinary drugs requires not only care and patience, but also diligence. For the application materials, every data, every standard, and every report needs to be carefully considered, repeatedly verified, and meticulous. From the inactivated porcine pseudorabies vaccine (HB-J strain) that I first came into contact with, to the current live duck viral hepatitis vaccine, I have participated in more than ten projects. At the beginning of the work, the considerations were not comprehensive enough. Although there was a slight improvement after studying the relevant documents and regulations, the review of materials was still not rigorous enough. Every material discussion is a good opportunity for me to learn, and Mr. Qi always takes the trouble to tell us what needs to be paid attention to and what is the focus of the review. With the continuous suggestions and help of Mr. Qi, my work level has been significantly improved, but there are still many deficiencies and still need to work hard. In my heart, I really admire Mr. Qi's rigorous work attitude. Sometimes it is only a one-sentence description, and Mr. Qi will consider it for a long time. Faced with the revision opinions put forward by experts, we often can only make revisions from the surface meaning, and the lacquer always can carry out accurate and in-depth analysis of the expert opinions. I truly admire these.
In addition to the registration of new veterinary drugs, the project management department also has many other tasks such as project declaration and management. In the face of complicated work, Manager Feng always handles things in an orderly manner. He considers everything very thoughtfully, and does not ignore some small details, which makes me feel that there is still a lot to learn.
In addition to the internal departments, I am also very proud of the solidarity and closeness of the various departments of the company. When applying for a project, many tasks require the assistance of colleagues from other departments of the company, and the smooth development of the work is also inseparable from the support and help of colleagues from various departments.
During my four years at Zhongbo, I spent the most important four years of my life. Zhongbo witnessed an important moment for me: a happy family was organized and a lovely child was born. At the same time, in the past four years, I have a desired job, a group of friends who can talk about anything, a united and progressive group, and a big warm family. These are the treasures of my life path. I hope that in the next four years, I can grow up in the big family of China Bo, and work hard for myself and for China Bo.
