2. Qualification requirements for declaration of enterprise

3. The applicant enterprise shall undertake to implement the project construction in strict accordance with the relevant engineering technical indicators of the declared project plan, comply with the relevant national, local and industry standards, regulations and technical management requirements for design, construction, acceptance and evaluation, and do a good job in project acceptance and operation Work, and accept the supervision and inspection of relevant parties.
4. The applicant enterprise can declare independently according to the principle of integration of investment and construction, or form an investment and construction consortium for joint declaration, but the project plan must specify the names of the respective legal entities of investment and construction, and only one of them must be entrusted with the preferred entity. parties to conduct business contacts and consultations.
5. The applicant company or the party responsible for construction in the consortium shall have the necessary enterprise qualifications for the implementation of photovoltaic power generation projects, including but not limited to the qualifications of level 5 and above for installation, repair, and trial power facilities, general contracting of electric power in construction enterprises or professional in electromechanical installation. Subcontracting or power transmission and transformation professional subcontracting level 3 and above.
6. Priority will be given to applicants who have cooperation achievements in power, energy saving, environmental protection and new energy in the Sinopharm Group system.
3. Application for registration
1. The reporting unit needs to prepare the company business license (copy), relevant qualification documents, legal person power of attorney, and agent ID card for registration.
2. The bidder should send the bidding registration form, registration qualification documents, technical exchange record form and technical part of the bidding document (technical implementation plan) to the designated mailbox of our company by email. 4. Submission of application documents
1. Three copies of the declaration documents are required, one original and two copies. All declaration units must include an anti-commercial bribery commitment letter in the production documents, otherwise it will be regarded as an invalid document (for the anti-commercial bribery commitment letter, see the annex to this announcement). The application documents must be accompanied by company qualifications, performance, business quotations, technical documents of the implementation plan and deviation instructions for the user's URS.
