3、 Bidder qualification requirements
1. An independent enterprise legal person legally registered within the territory of the people's Republic of China has the ability to independently bear civil liability and the right to independently conclude contracts.
2. 4、 Bid registration
1. The bidder shall prepare the company's business license (duplicate), industry license, qualification information and power of attorney of the agent manufacturer, power of attorney of legal person and ID card of the agent for registration

5、 Submission of bidding documents
1. The bid shall be prepared in 3 copies, one original and two copies. All bidders must include the anti commercial bribery commitment in the bid prepared, otherwise it will be deemed as invalid bid (see the attachment of this announcement for the anti commercial bribery commitment). The bidding document shall be attached with comprehensive qualification, performance, business quotation, technical documents of products and deviation description for urs of users, such as company qualification and manufacturer's agent authorization. The technical bid and the commercial bid of the bid shall be sealed separately. If necessary, the quotation can be sealed separately and handed over to the staff before the bid opening. No one is allowed to open it.
2. Before 15:00 on August 17, 2022, the bidder shall mail or directly deliver the sealed and sealed bid (please indicate the bidder's contact information on the sealed document bag) to the following contact address. Bids submitted late will not be accepted.
3. In addition to the paper bid, the bidder shall also send the technical bid part of the bidding document to the email designated by our company in electronic form.
