The Ministry of Agriculture delegates the licensing matters of "veterinary drug production license issuance"
A few days ago, the Ministry of Agriculture issued the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture on the Linkage of the Approval and Decentralization of Veterinary Drug Production Licenses", and made specific arrangements for the decentralization of "veterinary drug production licenses".
The notice clarified that since February 24, 2015, the Ministry of Agriculture will stop accepting applications for "veterinary drug production license issuance" licensing matters, which will be fully undertaken by the provincial veterinary administrative department. The Ministry of Agriculture requires that the approval standards should maintain the "three unifications", that is, the unified national veterinary drug GMP inspection and acceptance standards, the unified scale grasping standards, and the unified veterinary drug GMP inspector selection criteria.
