The Second Party Branch of Sinopharm Animal Health launched a party group building activity with the theme of "Working Together, Taking Responsibility and Progressing"
In order to enhance the cohesion, innovation and teamwork spirit of the employees of the R&D center and enrich the employees' amateur cultural life, on the afternoon of April 20, the Second Party Branch of Sinopharm Animal Insurance organized and carried out the "Concentration and Responsibility" in Ma'anshan Forest Park, East Lake High-tech Zone, Wuhan. The content of the event is divided into three major categories: "Challenge 150", "Target Market" and "Real CS", of which "Challenge 150" also includes three links: "Unlocking the Bracelet", "Every Three Passes" and "One Circle to the End".
The "Challenge 150" project requires members of each team to complete a total of 3 challenge projects within 150 seconds through continuous optimization and division of labor. Faced with a multi-link and multi-level task, all four teams completed the project task efficiently. This not only exercised the overall situation of the R&D team, improved the ability to make full use of existing resources, but also gave full play to everyone's wisdom and spirit of cooperation. "Target market" mainly inspires and cultivates team members' awareness of active communication and experiences effective communication channels and methods. After fierce competition, the 4 teams successfully completed the project tasks. This further cultivated the spirit of unity, close cooperation, and overcoming difficulties, cultivated everyone's obedience to command and meticulous work attitude, and enhanced mutual trust and understanding among the team members.
"Real CS" is a unique, extremely tense and entertaining shooting confrontation and entertaining expansion project, and it is the most anticipated link. Covering, raiding, encircling, and attacking, every link reflects the strength of unity, and every step shows the brilliance of cooperation. In the battle, the high teamwork and courageous dedication of the R&D personnel are reflected everywhere.
In this activity, the team members of each group carefully discussed strategies together, determined the key points of tasks, formulated team plans, clarified individual division of labor, and actively coordinated with each other, which made everyone realize the importance of the team and made it clearer that in the research and development work, each Positions are all part of the whole, and only by working together can we better achieve our goals.
