Sinopharm Animal Insurance launched special training on procurement business compliance

In order to standardize the procurement business process, improve procurement efficiency and avoid hidden risks, on the afternoon of June 9, Sinopharm Animal Insurance Finance Department and Procurement Department organized special compliance training for purchasers from various business departments. Nearly 40 people including Chief Financial Officer Jing Yumei and Deputy General Manager Shi Baolan participated in the training.

This training mainly combs the problems existing in the current procurement process in combination with the procurement internal control system, and proposes targeted solutions. The procurement department listed the problems encountered in the procurement process, various business departments also raised doubts in the purchase process, and the finance department pointed out some risks and precautions in the process. At the meeting, all departments actively communicated and discussed and answered the questions and doubts raised one by one.

This procurement training is one of the series of “Comprehensive Governance and Compliance Management Strengthening Year” series of Sinopharm Animal Health. Through this training, all departments have deepened their understanding of the procurement process, clarified the key nodes and main risk points in the procurement process, and solved the common problems in the current procurement process, laying a solid foundation for strict compliance with regulations and improvement of procurement efficiency in the future.
